Position Overview

Caring Hands In-Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one nursing care for a pediatric client in Dexter, Missouri.

This position offers 3–4 overnight shifts per week caring for a medically fragile child in the comfort of their home. Nurses will become an integral part of the client’s care team and provide skilled nursing services focused on safety, comfort, and quality of life.

Client Care Needs

The client requires total care and skilled nursing interventions, including

Ventilator management and monitoring Tracheostomy care and suctioning G-tube feeding and medication administration Respiratory assessments and interventions Continuous monitoring of health status Positioning, transfers, and pressure injury prevention Assistance with all activities of daily living Documentation of nursing care and client condition Emergency response and troubleshooting of respiratory equipment Communication with physicians, caregivers, and agency staff

Qualifications

Active Missouri LPN or RN license Current CPR certification Experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, and G-tubes preferred Pediatric experience preferred Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills Reliable transportation

Schedule

3–4 overnight shifts per week Consistent schedule available Part-time opportunity with potential for additional shifts
