$60 / HOUR
The RN will conduct in-person patient assessments in home settings and develop individualized care plans for caregivers. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate online documentation and coordinating patient care with the main office.
Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are required, while previous healthcare experience is preferred.
