The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills, treatment planning expertise, and a commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Perform comprehensive, periodic, limited, and emergency exams Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions Provide restorative treatment including fillings, crowns, bridges, build-ups, and cosmetic procedures Perform extractions, root canal therapy, and removable prosthetic treatment within clinical competency Plan and restore implant cases when appropriate Deliver emergency and same-day treatment when possible Treatment Planning & Patient Education Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings Clearly communicate treatment recommendations, risks, benefits, and alternatives Support patient understanding and case acceptance through effective communication and education Team Collaboration Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, treatment coordinators, and administrative staff Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional patient care Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation Follow HIPAA, OSHA, infection control, and state dental board regulations Stay current on best practices and continuing education opportunities Required Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Active dental license in good standing (or ability to obtain licensure prior to start) Current DEA registration (if applicable) Current CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical judgment and treatment planning skills Ability to perform comprehensive exams and general dentistry procedures Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
1+ years of clinical experience Experience in private practice, DSO, or multi-provider environments Strong restorative and comprehensive treatment planning experience Experience with extractions, endodontics, removable prosthetics, and implant restorations Experience with digital scanners, CBCT, digital radiography, and electronic dental records Experience presenting treatment plans and supporting case acceptance Interest in mentorship, professional growth, and long-term career development Practice Environment Kreative Dental is a modern, multi-operatory practice focused on clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and teamwork.
