Requires graduation from an approved school of nursing and a current State of Florida or multistate RN license. Candidates must have BLS certification and typically one year of experience, with additional certifications like ACLS or PALS required for specific areas.
Administers patient care in an area in a hospital or inpatient/observation setting where an acute care patient receives active treatment for an injury, episode of illness, a medical condition, or post intervention with assessment.
