Evaluate patients' physical abilities in a home health setting and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility. Provide therapeutic interventions and maintain accurate digital documentation of patient progress and evaluations.
Requires an active Texas Physical Therapist license and a graduate degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Professional liability insurance is required, and experience in home health or rehabilitative settings is preferred.
