Overview

• JOB SPECIFICS According to professional standards of care, performs a variety of advanced nursing / physician assistant functions.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program PMHNP certification Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in primary care or a related field is preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
