• We provide a wide range of diagnostic testing in our office as well as invasive diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.

Position Details

• Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm - 1:4 week call, taken with the practice - 30 - 35 patients on exam days and procedure days vary
• Mostly geriatric patients
• Rotate between 2 offices; Chandler (main office) and Casa Grande (30 minutes from our Chandler)

• Compensation & Benefits - $450k to $520k Salary
• Productivity bonus - $25k Sign on bonus
• Up to $10k relocation assistance - 5 days CME and $2500 credit - 401k with matching
• Licensing fees, Malpractice covered
• Partnership option- 4 weeks vacation

Qualifications

• BC/BE in Cardiology
• Active Arizona license or willing to obtain
