The LVN Charge Nurse ensures quality care for residents by assessing conditions, administering medications, and implementing individual care plans. They also oversee aides and coordinate with physicians to manage resident health and safety.
Candidates must have completed an LVN program from an accredited school and hold an active Texas LVN license in good standing. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
