Perform immediate assessments, interventions, and treatment dispositions for individuals requiring emergency psychiatric care. Collaborate with psychiatrists and community resources to facilitate effective patient treatment and stabilization.
Requires a high school diploma or GED with three years of human services experience, including one year of direct mental health care. Candidates must possess knowledge of mental health laws and crisis stabilization techniques.
