Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Interventional Pain & Spine Specialist

Position Overview Are you an ambitious Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for hands-on, procedure-focused care? Our premier interventional pain management practice is seeking a dynamic, procedurally minded Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our multidisciplinary team.

This is not a passive medication management role. You will function at the top of your license, focusing heavily on advanced diagnostics, pre- and post-procedural care, and performing autonomous, minimally invasive, image-guided interventions to restore function and improve our patients' quality of life. We provide a collaborative, state-of-the-art environment with built-in mentorship and cutting-edge fluoroscopic and ultrasound technology.

Core Procedural Responsibilities • Perform Autonomous Interventions

• Conduct low-to-moderate acuity interventional procedures independently or under supervision, including trigger point injections (TPI), large and small joint injections, bursa injections, and peripheral nerve blocks.

• Imaging: Operate and interpret ultrasound-guided technology for precise point-of-care needle placement and diagnostic accuracy.

• Assistance: Assist interventional physicians in complex fluoroscopic cases, including epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablations (RFA), and spinal cord stimulator (SCS) trials/implants.
• Neuromodulation
• Management: Conduct patient selection, pre-operative planning, and post-operative programming for spinal cord stimulators and intrathecal pumps.
• Comprehensive
• Diagnostics: Conduct targeted orthopedic and neurological physical exams, ordering and interpreting advanced imaging (MRIs, CT scans, X-rays) to determine precise procedural targets.
