The Liaison ensures veterans and individuals in the criminal justice system have access to intensive community-based treatment and continuity of care. They provide case management and coordinate transitions between incarceration, hospitalization, and outpatient services.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or social work with two years of relevant experience, though a Master's is preferred. A valid Indiana behavioral health and human services (BHHS) license and a valid driver's license are mandatory.

Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center, Indiana's first community mental health center, provides comprehensive care for emotional and behavioral problems, including severe mental illness and substance abuse. The Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Center offers both inpatient and outpatient services, including several outreach centers as well as clinic- and community-based services.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field with two years of relevant work experience required; Master’s degree in human services psychology, social work, or a related field preferred Valid Indiana behavioral health and human services (BHHS) license in good standing that meets Indiana BHHS licensure requirements is required, dependent upon the degree conferred (i.e. bachelor’s in social work must have valid Indiana Licensed Bachelor Social Worker license, etc.) Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets Eskenazi Health’s driving policy requirements
