As a PTA at Elara Caring, you’ll: Deliver hands-on physical therapy that transforms lives. Follow individualized Plans of Care designed by our Physical Therapists. Teach patients and families how to safely use assistive devices. Empower patients with home exercise programs for lasting results. Be a vital part of a team that puts people first. What We’re Looking For Graduate of an accredited PTA program (American Therapy Association approved). Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice. 6+ months experience preferred. Willingness to travel up to 50% within coverage area. Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance. Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and thrive in a dynamic environment. 📍 Coverage Area: Newburyport, Malden, Melrose 📅 Schedule: Full-time 💪 Physically demanding, high-energy role – perfect for those who love making a difference! You will report to the Branch Director, Clinical Manager, Clinical Supervisor or designee. The hourly rate for this position is $35-$38/hr, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
