Provide comprehensive daily care to residents, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and escorting them to activities. Document all services provided and report any changes in resident condition to supervisors.
Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with knowledge of working with the elderly population. Experience with dementia is preferred and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Led by the community's Director of Health and Wellness, we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Managers (CNA) to assist residents in all aspects of their daily life as indicated in the resident’s care plan, including personal care, food service, housekeeping, laundry, behavior management, socialization, and activities.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population, dementia experience preferred. Physical Abilities While performing the duties of this job, the associate is often required to stand, walk, sit, use fine and gross motor skills, reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, hear, and smell. An individual in this position will be required to lift or carry weight in up to 50 lbs. Intermittent physical activity includes lifting and supporting residents. The associate must use proper body mechanics.
