• We are seeking a licensed Primary Therapist to join our collaborative multidisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Texas licensure as LPC, LPC-S, LCSW, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S Experience working with addiction, mental health, trauma, or dual diagnosis populations preferred, 3 plus years Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to thrive in a collaborative treatment environment Additional Requirements CPR and SAMA certification required within 30 days of employment If you are passionate about helping individuals and families heal while working in a supportive, trauma-informed, and clinically advanced environment, we encourage you to apply.
