The provider will act as a solo practitioner in a busy urgent care setting, taking full ownership of patient care. Responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, diagnosing symptoms, and prescribing treatments while collaborating with the clinical team.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted Florida NP or PA license and have the ability to obtain DEA licensure. ER experience is required, and urgent care experience is preferred.

YOUR DAY AS A NURSE PRACTITIONER - PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT As you step into your shift, you take full ownership of patient care, working as a solo provider in a busy urgent care setting where no two cases are the same. You review patient histories, assess symptoms, and quickly form accurate diagnoses while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence. Throughout the day, you clearly communicate diagnoses, prescribe treatments, and collaborate with your clinical team to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. The pace keeps you engaged, the variety sharpens your skills, and every patient interaction gives you an opportunity to make a meaningful difference-all while continuing to grow your knowledge and expertise.
FOR A NURSE PRACTITIONER - PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT Current, unrestricted Florida NP or PA license Ability to obtain DEA licensure ER experience required Strong understanding of treatment protocols and drug interactions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred: Urgent care experience
