Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges to help them live independently. Responsibilities include medication administration, meal preparation, transportation, and implementing person-centered behavior plans.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. A compassionate demeanor is required, while 1-2 years of healthcare or social services experience is preferred but not required.

Required: High school diploma or GED. Must be 18 years of age or older. Valid driver’s license. Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals who have mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
1-2 years of experience in healthcare, social services, or a related field (but not required). Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
