Provide high-quality hands-on care and assist residents with activities of daily living to maintain their optimal level of functioning. Document services provided and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
Must possess a State Tested Nurse Aide certificate and a high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of a healthcare environment.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. · REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS State Tested Nurse Aide certificate.
