Provide comprehensive care and support to residents with activities of daily living, including grooming, eating, and transferring. Ensure a safe environment and maintain accurate documentation of resident health and behaviors for the nursing team.
Candidates must be able to operate mechanical lifts and follow infection control and safety protocols. The role requires a resident-centered approach to care and the ability to communicate effectively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
