The LPN provides direct, age-specific care to dermatology patients, including the administration of medications and assistance in surgical procedures. They integrate technical skills and theoretical knowledge to maintain patient wellness and prevent illness or injury.
Candidates must be a graduate of a Board of Nursing approved School of Practical Nursing and hold a current LPN license in Virginia. AHA BLS Certification is required for continued employment.
