Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to patients across their lifespan while partnering with providers for coordinated treatment. Responsibilities include accurate EHR documentation and participating in team-based quality improvement initiatives within a Patient-Centered Health Home model.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED, active CPR/BLS, a valid CMA certification, and a North Carolina driver's license. Clinical experience in primary care or community health settings is preferred.
