LPNs will implement individualized plans of care and administer various medications while monitoring for adverse reactions. They are responsible for conducting re-assessments, providing skilled wound care, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must be graduates of an NLN-accredited program with an active LPN license and at least one year of nursing experience. Required credentials include CPR certification, a valid driver's license with insurance, and a negative TB test.
