Provide clinical counseling and treatment services to clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring diagnoses. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting individual and group sessions, and coordinating community transition plans.
Requires a State of Ohio CDCA or LCDC certification, with a Master's degree and LPC, LSW, LPCC, or LISW licensure preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems is also desired.

Provides clinical services/counseling to clients with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring diagnoses.
Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment, Behavioral Health Counseling Group & Individual, Lethality/Risk Assessment, Case Consultation and/or Coordination, Psychoeducation, Relapse Prevention; Listening skills, Problem Solving, Stress Management, Interpersonal and Teamwork skills, Project Management, Organization skills with the ability to plan and prioritize work activities.
Considerable standing or sitting and infrequent walking. Lifts supplies/equipment up to 20 lbs. occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. frequently. Occasional reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
