Deliver comprehensive health services to elderly program participants in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessing health status, administering medication, and providing patient and family education.
Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Ohio with CPR certification and reliable transportation. A Bachelor's degree in nursing and clinical experience with the elderly are preferred.
McGregor PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), is a community healthcare service program that provides services to the elderly as an alternative to nursing home placement, allowing seniors to remain at home, with support of our Adult Day Health Center
We are expanding to Summit County and looking for an experienced Homecare Nurse who will deliver comprehensive health services for program participants. This candidate will work closely with our primary care physician and PACE interdisciplinary team.
Monday-Friday, no weekends! Major holidays off
