Who We Are

The Airway Dentists’ mission is to provide exceptional dental care and rid the world of sleep disordered breathing. With offices in The Heights, Bee Cave, Woodforest, Cypress, Friendswood, and Sugar Land (and more to come), we provide orthodontic, sleep apnea, and general dentistry services. Our clinical team is led by our co-founders, Dr. Kyle Hale, Dr. Kalli Hale, and Dr. Matt Hicks. We are hiring a full-time Dental Assistant to join us in redefining the standard of care in dentistry.

Will have a passion for helping patients and supporting our dentists. Candidates should be friendly, energetic, motivated, ambitious, self-starters, dependable, and organized with a cheerful attitude.

The Opportunity

Competitive compensation: $15-$25/hr depending on experience Excellent entry level position for aspiring dental assistants Numerous personal and professional growth opportunities in our expanding practices
Duties include: Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments Seating patients Assisting the RDA's with administrative tasks Following up with patients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction Understanding each phase of our Airway, Invisalign and general dentistry treatments Cleaning suction traps, running cleaners in equipment, and ordering supplies
