The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for reviewing patient orders and implementing safe drug therapy for home care patients. This includes monitoring therapeutic outcomes, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and supervising technical support staff.
Candidates must be a registered pharmacist licensed in Indiana with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, though a PharmD or MS is preferred. Strong knowledge of intravenous therapy and the ability to evaluate complex drug therapy needs are required.
LifeSpan Pharmacy, a CarDon & Associates partner, is now seeking a Staff Pharmacist. Must be currently licensed as a registered pharmacist in the state of Indiana.
