The associate chaplain provides spiritual and pastoral care to patients, families, and colleagues through routine visitations and worship services. They are also responsible for providing critical support during crises, bereavement, and emergency situations.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Biblical Studies, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in pastoral care or related ministry work is required.
1 year experience in providing pastoral care through work in a church, previous service as a volunteer chaplain, or other related ministries.
2 years experience in providing pastoral care through work in a church, previous service as a volunteer chaplain, or other related ministries.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferably including coursework in Biblical Studies, Pastoral Care, Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
