The role focuses on monitoring anesthesia for surgical and dental procedures and preparing patients for surgery. It also involves administering treatments, performing diagnostic tests, and educating clients on post-operative care.
Candidates must hold a current CVT, LVT, or RVT credential. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a veterinary technician is preferred, with strong skills in surgical nursing and anesthesia.
