Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health challenges, including those with Serious Emotional Disturbance. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, managing crises through de-escalation, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree or higher preferred. Candidates must have experience in behavioral health settings and a basic understanding of crisis intervention techniques.
