Must hold a current LPN license in Michigan, a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle, and CPR certification. Home health experience is preferred, and candidates must pass pre-employment screenings.

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
