Provide Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) to adults and children with significant behavioral health or neurobiological disorders. The goal is to improve quality of life and maintain the highest possible level of independent functioning within the community.
Requires a high school diploma with 3 years experience, an associate degree with 2 years experience, or a bachelor's degree with 1 year experience in a human services field. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain First Aid and BLS/CPR certifications.

Under supervision, this position provides Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) for adults with significant behavioral health disorders and their families AND for children or adolescents experiencing Serious Emotional/Neurobiological/Behavioral Disorders and their families, to improve quality of life and maintain the highest possible ability to function independently within the community.
