$46 / HOUR
Provide skilled, patient-centered care in home settings to support recovery and manage chronic conditions. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program with an active South Carolina or Compact license and at least one year of nursing experience. Experience in Home Health, Med-Surg, Critical Care, or Case Management is preferred.
