You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.
Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
Documents patient care provided. Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family. Performs timely and accurate QI assessments
Schedule: PRN- Nights
What we’re looking for
Associate’s degree in nursing required; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
BCLS required
ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred; must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
