The Rehabilitation Specialist educates team members on community activities and facilitates member access to employment and rehabilitation services. They assess, coordinate, and provide direct supportive skills-based services while developing individual service plans.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health-related field or equivalent experience meeting specific clinical standards. Candidates must have at least one year of experience with behavioral health populations and be able to pass a criminal background check for jail clearance.

Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health OR a combination of education, training, and/or experience meeting A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedure standards for BHT. 1 year experience working with the behavioral health population with additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.
