We are seeking highly qualified, part- and full- time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team to deliver excellent care for our residents. The ideal candidates will have senior living experience (e.g., long-term care, assisted living, memory support) with a passion for working with an elderly population.

High school diploma or GED required. Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Virginia; nursing degree required. Minimum of three (3) years of progressive nursing experience in Assisted Living, Memory Support, Long-Term Care, or CCRC setting. Current CPR/BLS/AED certification required; ISP/UAI preferred. Experience with EMR systems preferred. Perform comprehensive assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures per physician orders and facility protocols. Monitor residents for condition changes and initiate timely interventions and escalation as needed. Provide direct and complex nursing care, including wound care, chronic disease management, pain management, and end-of-life care. Delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, quality resident care. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to ensure continuity across levels of care. Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges within a CCRC/senior living environment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, infection control, and safety protocols. Educate residents and families on care plans, medications, and health conditions. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. Participate in care conferences, quality improvement, and survey readiness activities. Provide leadership in promoting a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment. Use strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills in daily practice. Physically able to assist with resident mobility and lift/transfers up to 50 lbs. Flexible availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
