Mental Health Professional - LMSW - PLPC

Earn $26.44/hour + $7,500/yearly mileage stipend

• The Mental Health Professionals (MHP) are an essential part of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team.
• The multidisciplinary team provides evidenced based services to members diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness.
• The mental health professional provides individual therapy and group therapy to consumers in service.
• The MHP creates the person-centered treatment plan, review and change the individual crisis plan as required, and complete psychosocial assessments.
• Must maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation such as: progress notes, assessments, and interpretative summaries.
• MHPs provide crisis intervention and support.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

• Must have an active driver's license within the state of Louisiana
• Willing to work in a community based setting
• Must have an active PLPC/LMSW within the state of Louisiana.
