• The Graduate RN is directly supervised by a RN who is present on the unit.
• The Graduate RN, under direct supervision, develops increasing skills and knowledge in their ability to provide independent safe patient care by the end of their orientation or residency program.

• Experience: Must not have any previous RN experience High School graduate or equivalent required. Graduated of Accredited RN School of Nursing required within 1 year from the start of the program / BSN/MSN Preferred Registered Nurse with current California RN license. Current BLS & ACLS AHA certification. CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
