• We are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse.
• We currently have Fulltime and Part-Time (Weekends Only) opportunities available.

• As the RN, you will support our nursing team in coordinating all clinical care and ensuring the residents receive the highest quality of care.
• Additionally, this role assists in training, mentoring and onboarding Med Techs.
• Working in a long-term care community provides you the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents and team members through daily interactions.

The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will

Have a genuine interest in caring for aging residents and working in a geriatric environment Possess a current RN or LPN license in the state of Washington Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident

Responsibilities

Help oversee, mentor and coach the care staff and assist them in making educated care decisions Provide hands-on nursing care for residents residing in Assisted Living Assess the health status of residents, as needed, and work with the nursing team and health services team to develop and review individualized service plans Develop trust and strong communication with family members to be able to provide information and insight related to the resident’s health and well-being Work in collaboration with our sale’s team during tours to help promote the benefits of living at Touchmark through unique programming and care IND200 IND400
