Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and support tailored to each client’s individual needs. Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff or family members. Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and recreational activities. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress. Kind, understanding, and caring when working with clients and families. Ability to follow care plans and communicate with clients and team.
