• Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary This remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker role focuses on providing consistent, high-quality therapy to clients who need professional support with mental health, emotional wellness, and everyday life stressors. As an LCSW, your work will center on listening carefully, assessing client needs, building practical treatment plans, and helping clients move through difficult seasons with professional guidance. Sessions are provided through telehealth, giving you the ability to serve clients in a focused, structured, and accessible setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients located in Florida Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and support systems Develop care plans that are realistic, measurable, and clinically appropriate Help clients work through challenges related to mood, stress, family issues, grief, trauma, and adjustment concerns Document session notes, treatment updates, and clinical decisions accurately Review client progress and update goals as care continues Use secure technology to protect client privacy and maintain professional standards Identify safety concerns and follow proper clinical procedures when risk is present Communicate clearly with internal teams when coordination is needed Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida Previous experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems Strong written documentation skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote environment Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements in mental health care Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches is preferred $115,000–$120,000 per year Full benefits package 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Remote telehealth work setting Monday–Friday schedule Stable full-time role Supportive clinical structure and administrative systems Take the next step in your clinical social work career with a remote LCSW role designed for steady, client-centered care.
