• Responsibilities: Assist patients in person and by phone; escort patients to exam areas Obtain and record vital signs, height, and weight in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Collect and process lab specimens; perform diagnostic tests and administer immunizations/medications per protocol Support providers with patient care, education, and treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation, worklists, and care plans in EHR (PCMH standards) Prepare and stock exam rooms; sterilize instruments and equipment Participate in quality improvement activities and staff trainings
