What
You'll Do: Lead and participate in engaging, hands-on activities, events, trips, and celebrations within assisted living and memory care settings, encouraging resident involvement and highlighting individual talents. Personally facilitate activities and outings - including scheduling transportation, driving the community van or bus, and assisting residents directly during trips and events. Engage with one-on-one residents daily, providing companionship, encouragement, and assistance during activities to foster connection and a sense of belonging.
