Provide compassionate clinical care across various healthcare settings including home health, hospice, and skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities include performing routine skilled visits, recertifications, and on-call coverage.
Applicants must hold an active Texas RN or LVN license and a current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of nursing experience and reliable transportation are preferred.
