Job description

$19.50 hourly + $1000 Sign-On Bonus for all FT DSPs Regular full-time DSPs typically work 33 hours per week.

Make a difference as a Direct Support Professional At PAI, as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be the friendly face that greets our participants each morning, setting the tone for a day filled with exciting activities and meaningful interactions.
From music therapy to arts and crafts, cooking lessons to outings in the community, you'll have the opportunity to engage our participants in a variety of fun and enriching experiences.
While assisting with personal care routines is a crucial part of the role, it's the care and compassion you bring to each interaction that truly makes a difference in the lives of our participants.

WORK SCHEDULE Schedule is 8:30-3:00, Monday through Friday.
