Salary
$17 - $25 / HOUR
Provide ongoing home visiting services to first-time and multigravida families to support child development and parenting skills. Facilitate access to community resources and maintain detailed documentation and billing per program policy.
Must be a trained home visitor (Para-Professional) capable of meeting productivity standards of 60 visits per month. Requires the ability to travel within and outside Rowan County to provide family support services.
Employee must meet or exceed HANDS policy standards regarding productivity for the position description noted above. 14. Demonstrate fidelity regarding the delivery of Growing Great Kids materials. 15. Attends team meetings and in-service training as required by program protocol. 16. Performs other duties, as required that are reasonable and applicable to this position as assigned by the Supervisor. (Ex. Sub-visits) 17. Refrains from use of the GGK curriculum materials outside their licensed agency. 18. Will leave curriculum materials with the licensed organization should either party end this employment agreement. The Kentucky Department for Public Health (DPH) is responsible for developing and operating state public health programs and activities for the citizens of Kentucky.
