The LPN/LVN provides nursing care under the direction of an RN, including gathering data and performing therapeutic procedures. They are responsible for carrying out orders in a manner consistent with PAM Health policies.
Candidates must hold a current LPN/LVN license and BLS certification, with IV certification required if mandated by state law. One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience is preferred.

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer or House Supervisor, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides patient care to include interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources.
Education and Training: Holds a current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates. Current BLS certification is required. Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment. BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment. Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.
One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
