The Resident Assistant supports residents with activities of daily living and helps maintain their personal environment. They are also responsible for providing observation, documentation, and assisting with the onboarding of new associates.
Candidates must possess BLS Certification and the ability to complete a medication administration training program. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks independently are required.
