Active Indiana Medical License, Indiana Controlled Substance Registration, and DEA with Indiana Address Required
Board: Board Certified ABEM/AOBEM or Current ABMS-Recognized Specialty with Qualifying Emergency Medicine Experience
DEA: Active DEA Required
Certifications: BLS or CPR Certification Required
Experience: New EM Residency Graduates Within the Past 12 Months Accepted; Internal Medicine Physicians Must Have Five Years of Continuous Full-Time Experience in a High-Volume Emergency Department (>30,000 Annual Visits)
