Hygiene Assistant

Commonwealth Dentistry is excited to welcome a new Hygiene Assistant to our dedicated team! In this vital role, you will assist our dental hygienists in providing top-notch care to our patients. Your contributions will help create a positive and comfortable environment for everyone who visits our practice. Key Responsibilities: Assist with dental cleanings and procedures, including polishing teeth and applying fluoride treatments Prepare patients for hygiene appointments by reviewing medical histories and taking vital signs Conduct dental x-rays and maintain accurate patient records Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of all instruments and treatment areas Assist with patient education on oral hygiene practices Support the front desk and other team members as needed Stay updated on the latest dental practices and technologies Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
