The role involves conducting high-complexity molecular tests for the diagnosis and treatment of genetic diseases. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, troubleshooting assays, and maintaining laboratory equipment and stock.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline with 2-4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 0-2 years of experience. MB(ASCP) or MT(ASCP) certifications are preferred.
The Molecular Genetics Technologist II conducts high-complexity molecular tests in the diagnosis and treatment of genetic diseases while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
