Description

• The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to Baptist Health patients of all ages through medication order review, preparation, dispensing, documentation, monitoring, patient counseling, and medication reconciliation.
• The Clinical Staff Pharmacist collaborates with patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient-centered care.
• Clinical Pharmacist I interprets, reviews and processes medication orders, screens orders for appropriateness and intervenes as warranted.
• The Clinical Pharmacist I provides patients and providers with therapeutic assessments and selected disease management, for assigned clinical areas, working toward improving patient and practice outcomes.
• Estimated pay range for this position is $53.11 - $69.04 / hour depending on experience.

• Qualifications: Bachelor of Science required. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred. Preferred Progressive pharmaceutical care experience (or) Pharmacy Practice Residency.
